主講專家介紹：
Sergey Maksimenko，教授，白俄羅斯國立大學核問題研究所所長，《Nanophotonics》期刊副主編，主持了“納米電磁學基礎和應用”等多個國際會議，主持和參與了多個國際研究項目，包括歐盟旗艦項目等，已發表學術論文230餘篇，目前主要的研究方向是納米電磁學。
Prof. Sergey Maksimenko is a director of the Institute for Nuclear Problems, Belarusian State University, since 2013. He is Associate Editor of the Journal of Nanophotonics. He chaired the International Conference "Fundamental and Applied Nanoelectromagnetics" and so on. He also heads and/or participates in a number of international research projects, including EU megagrant Graphene Flagship. He co-authored more than 230 publications indexed in Scopus and WoS. His current research interest is nanoelectromagnetics.
